High 5 Software, formerly known as, is no newcomer to the service management software field. They have been providing service management enterprise software (SME) since 1989. With service industry software solutions geared towards small and medium businesses (SMB), High 5’s vision creates reliable, intuitive software. High 5 Software was built and is maintained by thoroughly seasoned veterans of the service business software industry.

High 5 Software’s Service Management Enterprise Software is delivered in a module system. The sales and lead tracking module provides a series of tabs covering two major areas of activity: opportunities and bids. Under the opportunities tab are tools, such as a contacts tab, email tab and direct marketing module tab. Under the bids/quotes tab, you will find tabs for totals recap, labor, materials, rates and a documents tab for tracking non-SME documents. The maintenance contracts module allows you to create, edit and view the history of maintenance contracts. High 5’s work order module provides work order software tools to manage work orders, change orders, update quotes and track closed orders. The CRM module does what it implies: tracks and manages all facets of your relationship with the most important party, your customer. The inventory control module provides a comprehensive suite of inventory control tools that enable quick and efficient control of items in inventory with a built-in Rolodex. The High 5 service management software uses a JIT inventory ordering system. Of course you don’t start earning until your techs are in the field getting work done, so High 5’s field dispatch and scheduling module takes care of the dispatching process. This module features look-ahead calendaring and a bar graph view of scheduled tech time, which makes balancing service call assignments easy.

What do you like best about this product?

This software has a lengthy learning curve. We have spent approximately 175 man hours in tutorials and off line working and have given up.

What could be improved about this product?

It could b updated to have a 2017 appearance vs. 1990.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

Was it user friendly as it was promoted to be. NO.
