What do you like best about this product?

It securely provides all the tools we need to manage more than 80 of concurrent project workgroups. The notification systems make it easy to keep everyone up to date with new developments. It has everything you need to build cohesive and effective teams despite the fact that team members are in quite different physical locations. The interface is simple and intuitive almost eliminating the need for new user training.

One of the best things about eStudio is the support team. These guys are professional, upbeat, and incredibly responsive. We have thousands of users in eStudio and none have reported receiving an application error. These guys proactively anticipate and address issues before they happen. For example, when the level 3 data center hosting our eStudio server was threatened by a powerful storm, these guys seamlessly migrated the server data and functionality to an alternate level 3 data center in less than an hour and effectively eliminated the risk that damage to the T1 lines connecting to the data center might cause a service interruption. Every enhancement suggestion/request we have made has been incorporated into the base eStudio product. Most importantly, the team at eStudio have always followed through on every promise they have made to us. We’ve been enterprise level customers using the eXtreme product for more than a dozen years and look forward to the bright future made possible through the continued use of eStudio.

eStudio eXtreme does everything we need.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

We’ve had no concerns with this software.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

Your office becomes portable when you start using eStudio – everything you need becomes instantly available provided you have a web browser and internet connection: file repositories, multi-user calendars, contact lists, project management (complete with Gantt charting of tasks, inclusion of task specific files, and automated e-mail reminders to staff who start falling behind target dates), internal messaging, surveys, presentation software, recorded chat sessions, budgeting, estimates, and expense tracking. We rely upon eStudio every day. Thanks to eStudio, I have been able to respond to emergencies without needing to return to the physical office. We have also used it to simplify the secure exchange of information between different governments, as well as triage and assist staff working with FEMA disaster evacuees. We have also used eStudio for the management and monitoring of contractors and their work plans.

What do you like best about this product?

It gives us everything we need to manage our programs which are staffed by multiple independent contractors. It makes communication and calendaring easy, and gives us space to share files. Support is always excellent. We’ve been using Same Page for about 10 years now.

What could be improved about this product?

The ability to duplicate calendar items.
