What do you like best about this product?

There are some great insights that can be extracted from this system. However this is not really a tool for an outside sales team

What could be improved about this product?

We have been on this system for just under a year. We are very disappointed with the lack of ability to send emails and follows from the system without the “from” being a silly “noreply@salesi” We dont like that our clients cant see our branding in our follow up. Our sales team refuses to email from within the system and it forces us to use multiple solutions to reach our customers. Very frustrating when they over promise.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

Support and training. We were concerned that we would not get the level of support that we paid upfront for. We were correct. Their follow up is very poor.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

We are a sales a and support company for over 1000 clients. All we are getting from this tool is a different view of our already existing data
