The Payroll module allows companies to manage payroll with security and flexibility by automating the process, managing compliance, seamlessly connecting with the other modules, comprehensive reporting, and global support. The Talent Acquisition and Management modules allow companies to attract, hire, and onboard the right talents. They offer resource planning, recruitment, a candidate portal, selection and acquisition, onboarding, as well as enhanced insights and visibility for talent management, performance management, recognition, and skills and competencies. The HR module offers a range of planning tools for Resource Planning, Salary Planning, Succession Planning, and Career Planning.
