RedHorse CRM - truly a business management system

What do you like best about this product?

RedHorse CRM is actually a full suite of business management tools. In most business environments teams find the marketing a bit separated from sales, and sales separated from customer service. In RedHorse all of those functions are all built-in. In fact, we like to say “It’s Included” meaning all the functionality needed for the small and medium size businesses.

What could be improved about this product?

Not much is needed in RedHorse CRM. It just has all features needed in most businesses. If there is any improvement it might be in user manuals and additional videos for training. The product just has what businesses need.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

No concerns at this time. Wish it were cloud based as an option.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

We’ve used RedHorse to assist clients with automating from marketing (brand recognition development to post sale customer support.
