About ProsperWorks CRM
ProsperWorks, founded in 2011, is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform built for companies that use Google Apps.
ProsperWorks was created by co-founders Jon Lee, Kelly Cheng, and Andrew Hu because they were dissatisfied with the CRM applications currently in the marketplace. With years of entrepreneurial experience, the founders struggled to use existing tools to support a scalable sales process as their businesses grew. Instead of accepting the poor functionality and results provided by most CRMs, they decided to create their own: ProsperWorks. ProsperWorks’ main value proposition is its seamless integration with Google Apps. It minimizes the need for data entry — the CRM automatically populates contact information based on your Gmail, Hangouts, or other Google Apps. It goes beyond traditional CRM, using automation to help you scale your sales process and your business with automatic lead creation based on custom, user-defined prospect behaviors like filling out a form on a website, responding to an email, or any number of criteria. Additionally, it helps you stay organized and collaborate with team members; you can assign tasks from within Gmail, and share documents no matter where team members may be. It even offers an automatic contact lookup that scans the web for information to give you a clearer, more full picture of all of your prospects and their activities.
We recommend ProsperWorks to small-to-medium companies that use Google Apps and want a CRM that will help them grow. Pricing is straightforward and based on the number of users, not contacts.
