About Promys Enterprise PSA
Promys Enterprise PSA was originally developed in 1998 by a rapidly growing technology solution provider that was having difficulty managing all aspects of their professional services. Their employees had to re-key data across multiple systems: CRM, ticketing, project management, etc. After failed pilots of systems that excelled in one area of the business, but not all, founder John Breakey decided it would be best to build his own solution from the ground up. Originally never intended for resale, some of Breakey’s partners on larger, national contracts began asking how they could get access to the software, and convinced him to start selling licenses. Now delivered via SaaS using any HTML5-compliant browser and device, Promys Enterprise PSA is increasingly being adopted by traditional PSA customers that require the fuller functionality an enterprise PSA solution can provide.
In addition to the traditional PSA help desk and service management functionality, Promys was designed to manage the entire business process including forecasting/planning, real-time project costing, equipment handling, and reporting/analytics — critical to continued, profitable growth and operations.
Promys Enterprise PSA makes it easier to automate processes, and provides visibility across all departments by providing a help desk interface, resource management, and timesheet functionality, along with modules for CRM, quoting, procurement, project management, customer asset tracking, and inventory handling.
There are no long-term contracts; Promys customers renew their subscriptions and get copies of their data every 90 days. Promys also provides live interactive training and consultations on best practices and business processes to ensure their customers get the most out of their Enterprise PSA software investment. Promsy provides mobile support and customer self service portals at no extra charge.
With standard integrations to Quickbooks, Accpac/Sage, MS Dynamics/Great Plains and Outlook or Google e-mail/calendars and additional integrations available via a published Web API.
