What do you like best about this product?

Two main things: 1) Mavenlink is incredibly user-friendly for both the team as well as our clients and 2) Mavenlink’s technical support (both the system itself as well as the specialists and engineers) are phenomenal.

What could be improved about this product?

Overall, I think it’d be great to see a faster turn-around time on the ‘obvious’ type feature requests, like allowing for tasks to be made private or being able to easily undo requiring change orders.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

My only (small) concern was pricing. The pricing structure puts agencies at a slight disadvantage because of the sheer amount of users we need to have seats for.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

We are an agency that uses Mavenlink as a full project management solution. The integration available with additional solutions such as QuickBooks Online and Google Apps for Business has allowed us to streamline several processes and ensure that our projects are on task, on time, and on budget (with a super easy-to-glance-at budget bar!).

How likely would you be to recommend this software to a friend or colleague?

What do you like best about this product?

Mavenlink is a cost-effective and efficient tool for our marketing department use. I love that it is web-based so I can log in from anywhere including from my smartphone, or use the app! I would really love to see a Gantt for all projects to be able to view what projects overlap. I have submitted the request and have been informed that it is in the queue. The current Gantt for single projects are wonderfully helpful. It is amazing how much they improve over time. I look forward to more positive updates.
