About Infor M3

Infor’s distribution management software makes it simple for medium to large companies to keep tabs on their physical inventories and assets. The software, called M3, is an enterprise resource planner that translates to 19 different languages and has been applied to supply chains in a plethora of different industries, among them food and beverage, retail, fashion, chemicals and equipment. The logistics management software allows you to oversee almost every transaction that takes place across a domestic or international organization; the types of transactions covered include manufacturing operations, customer and supplier relations, financial management, supply chain activities and distribution processes. One success story comes from Aggreko, an Infor customer that rents power generators and has upwards of 100 locations in both North America and Europe. Their success relies upon their equipment running properly so that it’s available to rent and use, and Infor’s distribution management software has made it easy for them to keep an eye on each item so that they can function as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

M3 is just one of the ways that Infor’s 12,700 employees make their clients’ business models more streamlined. In fact, they cater to more than 70,000 customers in over 200 countries. Their extensive network shows that they’re able to provide solutions that are not only industry-specific, but also fast, easy-to-use, and visually pleasing to boot.

What do you like best about this product?

You can create short cuts to more easily access the fetid programs this pustule runs. You can also make the windows some nice colours.

What could be improved about this product?

The opportunities for improvement are near limitless. It is strict, stiff, and relies on a succession of memorised codes and secretive abbreviations.

A member of our company left, rather than continue working with it.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

The system causes a huge amount of problems.

We are solving them slowly, by using ungainly workarounds that take far longer.

This is NOT a CRM system, and DOES NOT support customer service in any way.

How likely would you be to recommend this software to a friend or colleague?
