The company touts differentiation through its customer support, and ability to tailor its CRM to any customer’s specific needs.

Luxor CRM is a solution that centralizes and brings automation to a company’s sales, marketing, and customer service within a single system. Features of this system include contact management; sales force automation, marketing automation, customer service & support, reporting & analytics, productivity tools, and advanced admin security features.  As far as customer service goes, this vendor offers live demonstrations of the product in action, as well as web tutorials that users can watch at any time. Additionally, Luxor offers an advanced implementation process that includes a requirements and expectation analysis for your specific needs, deployment and set up of their solution, data migration from any existing CRMs you are currently using, as well as hands-on training with the Luxor team. Luxor prices its CRM at $60.00/user/month, with a minimum of 3 users. They do offer a 14 day free trial with no commitments, however, after the trial has expired, you will need to sign an annual pre-paid contract with them in order to move forward.
