The platform uses gamification techniques such as point accumulation, peer ranking, and real-time leaderboards to promote these actions. Through LevelEleven’s simple admin interface, companies can target specific users, choose to award tangible prizes, and customize contest goals. LevelEleven’s platform is completely integrated with Salesforce and can run up to 20 contests at a time.

LevelEleven’s gamification platform appeals to companies seeking to improve service levels, increase sales, and engage employees in performance-enhancing contests. One of LevelEleven’s earlier customers, BNP Media, sought to improve their sales strategy and increase the adoption of SalesForce. What do you like best about this product?

Being able to have our contests on a TV in each office using the LeaderTV feature, showing everyone’s pictures, has really helped with connecting our teams together and putting names to faces!
Our customer success rep at LevelEleven is fantastic and is always willing to help us when we have new contest ideas or are struggling with how to properly capture behaviors in a contest. This is a level of support we simply have not gotten from any of the other app vendors we use for Salesforce apps.

What could be improved about this product?

Certain aspects of the Scorecard UI don’t seem to align with the Contest Builder UI, but given that Scorecard is a newer product I’m sure we’ll see the two apps become more aligned from a UX perspective as it matures.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

On the sales side, the app is used to motivate sales people by building some friendly competition, and also to achieve specific objectives our sales managers wish to complete. We also use it on the support side to encourage good behaviors; things like getting emails from customers who haven’t previously provided them, having a fast response time to new cases, etc. Most behaviors we can envision up in Salesforce we can somehow track and motivate in Contest Builder or Scorecard.
