About Jumplead Marketing Software

Jumplead is cloud-based marketing automation software designed for small to medium sized businesses to target inbound marketing leads. Jumplead focuses on email marketing triggered by website analytics, live chat that creates CRM contacts, real-time sales intelligence triggered by contact activity, and landing pages that trigger drip campaigns. 

Jumplead works to identify and connect with prospects while they are active on a user’s website. They capture and profile user leads with landing pages and web forms, and then create, manage, and score them automatically. Clients can utilize marketing automation to automate sales team notifications, nurture drip campaigns, and monitor lifecycle stage changes.

Jumplead features include live chat and messaging, visitor identification, landing pages, email marketing, contact management, marketing automation, marketing analytics, and a wide selection of software integrations. Targeted email marketing allows users to nurture leads through sales funnel stages based upon their individual activity, sales stage, or custom tags. Users manage leads and contact profiles with up-to-date data gathered from marketing activity, and scored for engagement. Managers can then track performance, monitor conversion rates, traffic, campaigns, and search results. 

Jumplead integrates with user-selected content management systems, including Salesforce, Google, Zapier, WordPress, Shopify, Trello, and many more.

An excellent value for money content marketing and automation platform with great support.

What do you like best about this product?

This platform has all the features that you need to start content marketing with automation campaigns and is ideal for small to medium size enterprises. The database is part of the platform which can be a big attraction for smaller companies. The WISYWIG interface makes creating and reviewing responsive emails and landing pages easy to construct. The platform is excellent value for money and nicely scalable to accommodate growth. The best aspect however is the excellent customer support that is available from the team at Jumplead. Response times are always good and always really helpful and you get to speak to the people who run the business.

What could be improved about this product?

It’s not really a fair criticism but having worked with other content market platforms, I sometimes find myself looking for a feature that doesn’t exist and I have to remind myself of the price I’m paying compared to the much more expensive alternatives. That said when I’ve mentioned some new features to them, they usually have it in their upgrade plans.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

My previous experience was with well established content marketing platforms so I was a little uncertain as I hadn’t previously heard of Jumplead. That said the risk was minimal because it was possible to trial for free and explore the features before committing to purchase. The excellent entry price point also reduced the risk involved.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

I’m helping my clients with lead acquisition and customer retention. The Jumplead platform allows clients to convert their prospects into customers and to communicate with their existing client base and up-sell to them. It is very measureable and so the client can be confident of the return on their marketing investment. It also allows my business to grow by being able to sell in a platform that smaller companies couldn’t previously afford.
