InfoFlo is an on-premise, easy to use customer relationship management (CRM) software system from Carmel Vision, a Toronto, Canada based company that’s been developing innovative software for over two decades.
InfoFlo is a truly comprehensive sales and customer management solution; it includes standard CRM features like contact management, document management, and email marketing automation, but goes further than most systems with innovative features like project and task management, direct integration with VoIP phone systems (including click-to-call) and two-way integration with Microsoft Outlook. It is a Windows-based system, but can be run on Mac computers with Windows Parallels or similar virtual machine software. Unlike most on-premise systems, users who purchase an InfoFlo license are guaranteed free updates for life, so there’s no need to pay for additional features when they’re released. The system is easy to install, but Carmel Vision offers a managed installation for just $300 for those who would prefer to have their implementation managed by the vendor.
It does NOT include any mobile access capabilities, so if you need your sales team to have access to the system from mobile devices you’ll need an additional remote desktop program, or you may want to look elsewhere. That said, it’s a powerful, affordable system suitable for any industry or business size.
