About GamEffective

Founded in 2012 by business intelligence and CRM expert Gal Rimon, GamEffective offers comprehensive solutions for medium-to-large enterprises and any organization looking to improve their employees’ performance. GamEffective is especially designed to aid organizations with sales, service, eLearning, onboarding, and collaboration via gamification principles.

GamEffective’s enterprise solutions provide highly customizable answers to many business needs. GamEffective is primarily used in businesses that rely on or maintain call centers, contact centers, help desks, and other similar operations. Their system is fully integrated into user desktops with push¬†notifications, pop-ups, and toast cards built into GamEffective’s user-friendly interface. Administrators can send encouraging content, change and update goals, track progress, give rewards, and create and award new badges and incentives.

GamEffective also has many features typically restricted to learning management systems (LMS), including quizzes, simulations, learning paths, and reference material storage, and GamEffective can be integrated with legacy LMS software to leverage existing content. In addition to LMS integrations, GamEffective’s enterprise solution is pre-integrated with CRM offerings from Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, and dozens more data sources. GamEffective’s IntegrationHub API allows administrators to create new interfaces with almost any software or data source with no coding skills required.

GamEffective can gamify almost anything and transform work into rich graphical narratives and compelling activities like fantasy sports, TV game shows, raffles, competitions, and city themes to encourage teams to cooperate and work to improve. What do you like best about this product?

Great UI and easy to manage Game setup. The Customer on-boarding and success management is excellent. The educational functions have been very useful to push relevant content to the Team and it has been very easy to create knowledge quizzes assuring that the content has been read and understood.

What could be improved about this product?

I’m very pleased with the features. Gameffective have been very open to customize everything to my demands. I can really only recommend it to any company trying to keep a high engagement and improve KPI attainment.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

No concern, especially after looking at other players in this space.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

SDR work is very demanding and Gamification adds fun to the daily work routine while easily measuring KPIs. I’ve seen an performance improvement of 15% already in the first week of usage.

What do you like best about this product?

The customer success team is amazing. They are super attentive and helped me implement the platform perfectly and worked with me on aligning our goals with our huge team of outsourced employees.

What could be improved about this product?

There’s a lot of features and options and I fear I might be missing out on some of the uses

What was your main concern about buying this software?

It’s a huge move for a company. Especially one that has very few internal employees and is mainly comprised of freelancers like ours. I was mainly afraid there would be low/no adoption and instead of having one app that we can’t get our workers to use properly we’ll now have two.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

We were trying to get our outsourced service providers to use our internal app instead of needing to constantly chase them up on whatsapp and losing track of them once they head out to a client. In 3 months after implementation 80 of our 110 outsourced providers have started regularly using our app and they are doing it properly, and liking it. Not just clicking it occasionally to get us off their back

What do you like best about this product?

Our objective was to get more efficient n our hiring and training process and gameffective helped us do just that. After the setup we started using it in the recruiting process and it quickly turned into a big success, reducing average recturing time by almost a half. We also leverage the platform for more engaging training and we found that the new recruiters that were trained with the platform are more successful in selling our products during the first three months of their employment. We’ve recently fully adopted the solution and all new recruiters are now being trained with the gamified solution.
