eSignLive is an E-Signature solution that offers self, in-person, and remote signing. Customers and partners can sign and return documents from anywhere. Documents stay synched and progression is tracked, with reminders sent when needed. Frequently used documents can be saved as templates to be customized and reused. Users may add fields to documents and may add guides to aid signers to sign exactly where needed.
eSignLive allows users to sign documents for themselves or collect other signatures in-person. Or documents may be sent to others for signing. Documents may also be created with fields that customers fill in. Features include Parallel and sequential workflows, signing reminders, company branding on all workflow email and screens, integration with GSuite, Zoho CRM, Office 365, and Salesforce. Users can also connect to popular cloud storage apps like Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Evernote. Support is built in for PDF, Word, Excel, Pages, JPG, PNG, and other popular formats. Seamlessly import and export documents from applications used every day. Documents can even be signed right within integrated applications (such as Gmail), without switching. Works on phones, tablets, desktops, virtually any platform.
eSignLive allows users to add two-factor authentication to any document sent for signature. Set an individual password for some or all invited signers, then provide that password directly or via SMS. eSignLive is compliant with ESIGN Act and eIDAS, and offers secure passcode and fingerprint authentication which means e-signatures are as legally binding as an actual handwritten signature.This solution can protect clients’ confidentiality and security by supporting a variety of regulatory environments, including HIPAA.
