eSchedule is a cloud-based Enterprise Medical Software that details scheduling and agency management for ambulance and EMS industries. eSchedule software features include crew and employee scheduling, time and payroll, training and certifications, and agency and personnel management.
The Module is the core of the eSchedule software, and is built to integrate with other features available in the platform. Features include customizable schedule templates, real-time shift tracking, reporting on employee leave, automated scheduling based on pre-selected employee availability, 24/7 online access on cloud devices, multiple shift bid options (direct sign-on, manager approval or hybrid), and automated weekly status e-mails, including employee’s schedule, open shifts and expiring certifications.
The eSchedule time clock module is accessible by all department types, including volunteer, paid, or municipal or county team members. The module integrates with the scheduling feature; users enter username and password and software will automatically and immediately check the schedule to verify the member is currently scheduled to work. Any discrepancies will require an explanation by the member and approval by a supervisor. Managers add certifications and training in eSchedule and assign to individual team members. Users can received an unlimited number of certifications through the platform, including CPR, ACLS, PALS, Firefighter I/II, Paramedic, EMT, and Driver’s License. Track issued and expiration dates, and receive automated alerts for necessary certification renewals.
Agency and personnel management modules offer a full-member database with detailed user profiles, differentiating between and current and inactive users. Managers can set user-access permissions for basic users, time clock administrator, scheduler, document administrator, swap/trade approver, and more. Users can create an unlimited number of custom messaging groups, and track employee receipt of communication.
