About Emergency Reporting
Emergency Reporting is a cloud-based Enterprise Medical reporting and record management software that updates data in real-time and across user platforms. Users tailor orders to include Fire or EMS packages, and federal or state-specific guidelines. Emergency Reporting packages feature a collection of pre-assigned modules that manage data input, inspections and inventory, and team member productivity and response time. Users and managers input incident data, generate informative reports, and run real-time analytics on a department’s stats.
Data organization modules assist team members with a single system to collect, organize, and understand data. Report NFIRS data to the state or federal government through Emergency Reporting software, and use the reports module to track and measure department goals. The analytics module can be used to create custom response time benchmarks or see how specific stations stack up to the NFPA 1710/1720 standards of cover.
The occupancy and hydrants modules allow users to determine the risks and resources within a department by tracking permit inspections, code compliance, fire protection systems, and flow test data. Emergency Reporting’s maintenance module tracks information regarding apparatus and other pieces of equipment for fire suppression and medical aid. The inventory module tracks all consumable items like latex gloves, batteries, and syringes. Both modules generate requests to repair, replace, or refill items when the time comes. Manage HR and employee productivity through the training module, which tracks and manages department training objectives. Managers can stay informed on station members through payroll, daily roster, shifts, calendar, and events modules. These time-management platforms sync team members across the 24/7 operations.
Emergency Reporting provides unlimited user licenses and is exclusively cloud-based. Users can access a station’s data securely from any web-connected device, anywhere in the world.
