What do you like best about this product?

We currently use the practice management for CureMD which includes billing. The software is easy to use and set up. Overall customer support is good – available online via chat and training is available as well. There are many reports to select from and solid customizing features.

What could be improved about this product?

From time to time I get support issues which are solved relatively quickly, but one time it took up to 2 days. I just expected better from CureMD.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

The cost! However upon doing the analysis I realized that the sum that I pay to CureMD is really reasonable, when thinking about the hassle I would have to go through without their software.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

Our office has used CureMD as our billing software for the past three years. It is comprehensive and meets our billing needs. The support team for CureMD’s PM software is phenomenal. I have called frequently over the past three years for customized support and have always gotten highly professional, pleasant and helpful representatives.

How likely would you be to recommend this software to a friend or colleague?
