What do you like best about this product?

User friendly. I was a little worried about switching from Opto to Crystal but having Grace from Crystal PM here in our office to answer any questions and guiding us with the proper set ups made the transition smooth. I love intergrating with VSP and ABB and Web Systems. It truly has made our office flow smoother.

What could be improved about this product?

Having someome come out to show us hands on was great and should be included with the initial purchase. Having Grace here was well worth the 2 days fee. Intergrating our current equipment to send information over to Crystal is challenging but we are working on it.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

Time management. We were’nt sure if it would take too much time to do everything paperless but it was pretty easy.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

Having the stats on opticians sales and production breakdown is motivating to the team and keeps them making proper recommendations and increases sales.

How likely would you be to recommend this software to a friend or colleague?
