What do you like best about this product?

I love the fact that at the end of the day, I can look at one place and see all of the company invoices. I do not have to wait on the guys in the field to turn in invoices. Using coolfront has helped my company go completely paperless. I think the best part about coolfront is they have helped my company shift to flat rate pricing. Everything else that they offer is a bonus. Keep improving Coolfront!!!

What could be improved about this product?

I wish they would hurry up with a widget to sync with quickbooks online. It would be great if coolfront could generate a way not only to do repairs but also do sales/proposals on the same format.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

The main concern was the cost for every invoice. After using coolfront for a few years, I can say it is more than worth the fees.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

This software has helped my company become a lot more efficient. I can’t believe we waited as long as we did to make the switch. We are more profitable on each invoice due to my techs not guessing on what to charge. There is no way to mess up pricing anymore. Thanks for helping my company grow!!!

What do you like best about this product?

I like the ease of use and the vast product library. It we had to put this into a book it would be volumes of information. My techs can just search by either model number or manufacturer and search for a repair easily.

What could be improved about this product?

Client communication. Maybe updates for where or how far out you are from the next job.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

Pricing and ease of use. Also the library of repairs. But after using Coolfront for over a year now, I can see how many service tickets we have, the average ticket sales, tickets with no repairs, and many more options.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

Paperwork. Lost paperwork. Incomplete paperwork. The techs like the fact that they are done with paperwork as soon as they are done with the job.

What do you like best about this product?

I like the flat rate pricing for the HVAC industry. This is a nice tool. Theres just too many cons to justify.

What could be improved about this product?

This product is well behind in usability and modern features. Theres not functionality for keeping in touch with the clients which is essential in these days to keep your brand in front of the customer and top of mind. Secondly, They claim to work with Quickbooks online and this is just not true. Most other invoice softwares do. 3rd their pricing is outrageous. They charge you PER LINE on each work order. Its a ridiculous pricing structure that will easily run your bill up.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

providing pricing and invoicing for customers.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

we tried to solve loss of paperwork and across the board pricing with this app. Its just not working for us and doesn’t solve the other main issues such as accounting connectivity. Support is not very forgiving and will insult you if you say anything negative about the product. They do not take feedback and therefor will probably not process as a company.
