Great Time Tracking & Resource Planning Software!

What do you like best about this product?

Time tracking is pretty straight-forward, but what I really like about ClickTime is Resource Planning suite – this lets me easily assign people to my projects and keeps my under budget.

Also – lot of people don’t really thing about the support team behind software they buy. ClickTime’s support team responded super quickly whenever I’ve had questions.

What could be improved about this product?

The UI was a bit dated when I first signed up, but it looks like they’ve made major improvements in that area.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

I was initially concerned with setting up the software and making sure it fits with my needs, but the sales rep helped me through the entire setup process before my trial was up – I activated right away.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

Aside from tracking time, I needed something that lets me manage my staff AND keep my projects below budget as they’re worked.

How likely would you be to recommend this software to a friend or colleague?
