ArchiOffice is designed to improve project management workflows.  The solution features an intuitive dashboard where key performance indicators and notifications can be viewed without having to click through various other windows.  Data can be exported from the dashboard, allowing project managers to share information with other project team members and stakeholders.  The dashboard also allows users to manage all of their documents in one place.

With ArchiOffice, expense reports and time tracking can be used to monitor each step of the project lifecycle.  Each employee and team member only sees the tasks that are assigned to them, and their time on the project can be tracked to ease payroll management and hourly billing contracts.  The platform handles time tracking for overtime and vacation in addition to time on project.  And with the platform’s accounting features, project managers are able to track the financial aspects of a project as well.  Estimated vs. actual budget charts can be viewed and shared with team members.  Consultant and vendor fees are managed through the platform.  As well, the platform manages accounts receivables, accounts payable, and can generate simple, and visual charts and reports covering all data within the system.

What do you like best about this product?

Lot of report options, that’s about it..

What could be improved about this product?

Horrible customer service. All they want to do is sell you expensive blocks of “training hours”. Our training hours were spent waiting for our trainer to connect with his supervisor to get the answers to our questions. Then we come to find out that some of the initial information we were given about certain features and data entries being optional turned out to be required. BQE said they could help us fix the errors based on their incorrect information for $900 which was just about the same price as what we paid for the software to start. Unbelievable, definitely feel like there was a lot of over-selling of the intuitive and seamless nature of this software. Does not seamlessly integrate with Quickbooks at all as it was advertised.

Ease of use and start up time and costs. Being able to seamlessly integrate with QuickBooks, which it can’t do as advertised
