About Big Biller

Big Biller Recruiting Software is online recruiting software made for recruiting firms with up to 15 users. Big Biller seamlessly blends ATS with an intuitive CRM, leaving recruiters time to focus on making more placements. Big Biller helps recruiters track all candidate communication, work history, background, and activity in the ATS. The ATS lets recruiters parse resumes, import spreadsheets, and reach candidates with email marketing.

Recruiters can categorize candidates by companies and jobs. Big Biller’s Hotlist feature allows users to group similar companies and jobs together. Once a Hotlist is created, recruiters can easily access and search it. With the email marketing feature, recruiters can stay in front of candidates and actively recruit them by sending targeted emails. Recruiters can gauge the interest of their candidate base and learn who is interested in a new job opportunity. Big Biller’s recruiter CRM connects clients with candidates, increasing recruiting productivity by streamlining the workflow. The CRM allows recruiters to schedule important activities, create reminders, and fill job orders.

Big Biller also offers an optional Job Board integration, which gives recruiters a quick way to advertise job openings on their website. Recruiters can share job openings on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook. Candidates who apply via the job board will be seamlessly imported into the recruiting software. Big Biller allows recruiters to import all their data with the Contact List Importer. Data can be imported via XLS or CSV file.
