What do you like best about this product?

I love this app. Before Badger, I spent at least one hour every day trying to figure out the shortest route to and between my customers. More often than not that plan was ruined by prospects cancelling last minute or changing appointments , which was frustrating. With Badger this has become so much easier and more convenient and I like how the app even enables me to find new leads. I can totally recommend it to any sales person out there! It has been a real lifesaver for me.

What could be improved about this product?

The only “complaint” I have is the route limit of 23 stops, but I was reassured that the limit will be extended soon.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

I feared that the app would be hard to use or that it would take forever to upload accounts. But the great support team walked me through a demo and helped me out whenever I had questions. The use is so easy and convenient that it’s just impossible to mess it up.

What do you like best about this product?

I love the lasso tool to create routes super fast and easy, and to mass update my customer data. It saves me a lot of time so I can see more customers per day. I also like that I can colorize and sort my customers by specific criteria. This has helped me focus on my most important accounts and become more organized in planning my days.

What could be improved about this product?

So far it’s all great and works perfectly for me. Some of my colleagues had problems with their data upload but their customer support is amazing and they help out with everything very fast.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

I was concerned about the price first, but now that I use it every day and it helped me improve so much, I can say that it’s totally worth it and a very fair price.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

Badger saves me a lot of time (because creating and optimizing routes, collecting customer data, reporting etc. is all done faster with the app) that I can now use to see more customers. I also found some great new leads with the Places feature that I wouldn\’t have discovered otherwise. I can say that Badger is a total game changer for me and I would recommend it to anyone in field sales.
