AT Internet is a privately held company owned by Alain Llorens. It provides web analytics, social media monitoring and mobile analytics. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Bordeaux, France, AT Internet maintains six offices spread across North and South America, Europe, the UK and Asia. In France, it is often referred to as XiTi—after one of its flagship products. Some of its well known customers are Deutsche Telekom, SOUNDCLOUD, Europcar and Bouygues Telecom.
AT Internet provides a multi-faceted set of web analytics tools for ecommerce sites. The ecommerce module analyzes browsing habits and pageviews, and optimizes the purchasing methods used on your site. The multi-device module ensures that mobile analytics never get left out of your overall analytics toolset. The MultiChannel module provides a “unique conversion attribution system” that allows you to correctly identify and attribute results from the web, social media, and other channels. AT Internet’s Connections module is actually an API designed to let you connect your web analytics tool to your CRM, ERP and inventory. The Connections API will manage the online and offline data flow between these programs, increasing your ability to pinpoint bottlenecks, do ad-hoc analyses, consolidate data from multiple sources for custom reports, and provide data output in common formats. The Connections API also provides data query and modeling tools. The Video and Rich Media module provides a unique tool that monitors playback duration, measures user engagement and reports advertising clicks. The Performance Monitoring module gives that show if your site is available from all locations, and how responsive it is at any time, all without any additional installation.
