Alert Public Safety Solutions is an EMS software that assists personnel in data sharing to allow more time for first responders in the field. Alert PSS provides a complete software solutions package that focuses on EMS operational efficiency. All Alert PSS safety solutions are designed from the ground-up by software developers, using data-rich research on public safety software.
Software modules include EMS incident reporting, state submission, daily company journal, fleet maintenance, inventory management, training, personnel, quality assurance, and calendar access. The single database, multi-agency solution is Microsoft SQL compliant and allows for direct data and reporting integration into Microsoft products.
Public safety software solutions include computer aided dispatch (CAD), integrated mapping, mobile dispatch, records management, and information sharing. The APSS incident and patient EMS software records system archives patient information from previous calls, and auto-populates it for repeat occurrences.
Alert PSS runs from any workstation on the in-house network, or in real-time from vehicles with TCP/IP support. Data saving, sharing, and reporting are available in real-time and from any device.
