Adobe is best known for its design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, but it’s also a world leader in digital marketing solutions. Adobe Analytics is an advanced,¬†cloud-based,¬†web analytics software solution. One of the offerings in the Adobe Marketing Cloud product suite, Adobe Analytics is designed to help track web impact, identify opportunities, and isolate problems. The program features real-time web analytics and reporting on interactive dashboards, as well as ad-hoc analysis. The “data workbench” is designed for both online and offline marketing data, and allows users to measure and analyze trends from an overview down to individual customers. Adobe Analytics also can analyze of the performance of mobile campaigns and videos. One of the more innovative features, predictive analytics , was used in 2013 to predict $2.29 billion in Cyber Monday sales, a forecast which was found to be accurate to within one percent. Other attractive capabilities of Adobe Analytics include the ability to create personalized reports for site visitors and the utility’s scalability and security.
