What do you like best about this product?

Act On has been pretty smooth to implement and serves our main goals for marketing automation well. Primary uses are: inbound tracking, visibility into who is visiting our site, even if they haven’t converted, lead scoring, e-mail campaigns, automated e-mail drips, Salesforce integration, The product also includes landing pages, forms, web analytics, and list management. We use the forms but only as a pass-through (they are not public facing). We prefer to keep everything else on our own website instead of the Act On subdomain, which is customizable but still separate from your main site. Landing pages and forms must be a separate page and this can be tough to customize to suit a brand. Every so often I run into little clunky things with the interface or “man I wish I could do ‘x’ ” situations but by and large support is able to solve our issues and the product performs as advertised. Our sales crew likes the lead scoring and ability to send preconfigured e-mails straight from Salesforce.
