Software that includes “Remote User Ability” features usually allows for remote access to computer systems and or software, either through a virtual private network, SaaS-based delivery, or other similar arrangement. This feature is most frequently found / used to describe call center and other customer service software where agents and/or supervisors could be working in different offices, yet collaborate on documents or calls as if they were in the same building and on the same network.
